About the Role

Join our Operations and Improvement team to help clients unlock performance across their operational landscape, from supply chain optimization to customer-facing delivery. Gain exposure to diagnosing inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing changes that drive measurable impact. Work with organizations to improve how they run end-to-end, reimagining processes, systems, and ways of working to deliver better outcomes.

Responsibilities

Apply problem-solving skills across multiple teams to support client projects and internal initiatives.
Use leading tools, methodologies, and consulting techniques.
Share ideas and drive progress while developing skills and supporting clients.
Support the design of best-in-class consultancy solutions.
Take early opportunities during the sales lifecycle and perform a variety of roles across the whole change lifecycle.

Requirements

Undergraduate with an industrial placement within their course structure, graduating in 2028.
On track to gain an undergraduate degree.
