About the Role
As a Facility Manager, you will be a key contact for the hotel regarding technology, safety, and maintenance. You will proactively identify issues, coordinate maintenance, assist with hands-on tasks, and ensure a functional environment for guests and staff. You will collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the technical operational readiness of the entire hotel
- Execution and coordination of maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
- Regular checks of technical systems and facilities
- Early detection of technical defects and initiation of appropriate measures
- Management and supervision of external craft and service companies
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operator standards
- Maintenance and preservation of technical systems and hotel furnishings
- Collaboration with all hotel departments for smooth hotel operations
- Point of contact for technical concerns of guests and employees
Requirements
- Ideally, a completed vocational training in a trade or technical field
- Professional experience in maintenance, building services, or facility management
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in tackling challenges
- Very good German language skills
