About the Role

As part of our Business Transformation - Customer Team, you will help clients in the financial industry find answers to strategic, operational, and regulatory questions and successfully shape transformation processes. We shape customer- and employee-centric organizations, promote modern forms of collaboration, and accompany technology-conscious change through new technologies and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Shape change management and transformation initiatives and support stakeholder analyses, communication measures, training concepts, and the sustainable anchoring of new ways of working.
Develop AI enablement and governance approaches, for example, through AI literacy programs, target group-specific qualification concepts, and communication formats for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Support the development of future-proof organizational and operating models and work on role models, governance structures, processes, and responsibilities for financial service providers.
Participate in national and international transformation projects, prepare workshops, analyze issues, and develop concrete recommendations for action for our clients.
Contribute to the further development of our Customer & People Advisory Team and support proposal processes, knowledge building, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies, for example in business administration, psychology, business psychology, or a comparable field, as well as initial or several years of professional experience in consulting or the financial services sector.
Practical experience or professional interest in at least one of the areas of change management, transformation, organizational development, HR, digitalization, or artificial intelligence, as well as the ability to structure complex issues.
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) as well as very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
