About the Role
The Bartender in Lobby Lounge is an individual who is passionate about their craft and wishes to move into a vibrant and dynamic working environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.

- Service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees
- Develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods
Requirements
- Previous bar and service experience in a similar environment
- A strong knowledge of classic cocktails
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work to a rotating, 7 day roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
- A current NSW RSA
- Full working rights in Australia
