About the Role

Our main product is an AI-generated adult content platform. You will own daily moderation operations, investigations, escalations, and judgement calls on edge cases. You will also manage moderation and labelling teams and work to improve the moderation system.

Responsibilities

Manage daily moderation operations, including user reports, flagged accounts, ban appeals, and moderation inboxes across image, video, character, and chat.
Maintain tight response times, consistent decisions, and clear records of investigations and escalations.
Investigate reported content, trace it to characters and users, and decide on restrictions or bans.
Escalate serious violations through the appropriate channels.
Apply policies to ambiguous cases, make decisions, and document reasoning.
Serve as the first point of contact for contracted content moderators and resolve escalated issues.
Oversee quality assurance for data labellers training safety models.
Identify trends in moderation errors and provide feedback to improve automated moderation.
Identify and fix or automate manual workflows that slow down operations.

Requirements

2+ years in trust and safety, content moderation, or platform integrity.
Experience reviewing harmful, explicit, or prohibited content in a professional setting.
Experience working live queues, investigating reports, and flagging accounts.
Experience making enforcement decisions on restrictions, bans, and appeals.
Ability to work with explicit and distressing material professionally.
Ability to identify and escalate serious violations.
Understanding of evidence handling, reporting obligations, and escalation protocols.
Ability to make sound judgement calls on policy application and document reasoning.
Ability to coordinate, quality-check, and provide feedback to a team of moderators.
Experience managing moderation workloads against quality and response-time targets.
Experience prioritizing cases, handling ambiguity, and improving workflows.
Basic SQL and some coding experience are a plus.
Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.
