About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead and grow NTT DATA’s Microsoft Business Applications practice across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll take ownership of the performance and continued development of the practice, translating strategy into sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice.
Manage practice strategy, growth and market development.
Oversee revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance.
Provide executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals.
Ensure delivery excellence across the practice portfolio.
Lead, coach and develop practice leaders and teams.
Manage Microsoft alliance relationships, joint business planning and co-sell activity.
Drive capability development, innovation and evolving service offerings.
Oversee workforce planning, governance and operational performance.
Work closely with sales leaders, client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership.
Represent the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.

Requirements

10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services.
Demonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience.
Proven experience managing a consulting P&L.
Strong business development and senior client relationship capability.
Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios.
Experience leading senior consulting teams.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Customer-focused leadership.
