About the Role
Undertake preventative and corrective maintenance on a baggage handling system incorporating automated storage cranes and specialised transport systems. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of all mechanical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting mechanical maintenance inspections
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems and components
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards
- Preventative and corrective maintenance (mechanical)
- Fault finding on automated systems
- Using data analytics to enhance system performance
- Providing technical support to our customer
Requirements
- Australian Trade qualification with Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical
- At least 3 to 5 years post trade experience as a Service Technician
- Strong mechanical background working on industrial automated equipment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
