About the Role

As Technical Architect (Salesforce Health Cloud), you will shape the technical architecture behind complex healthcare solutions built on Salesforce for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and high-level design of complex Salesforce solutions within a healthcare environment.
  • Make clear architecture decisions and define solution patterns across configuration, automation, custom development, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, including data models and integrations with external platforms using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Establish reusable technical patterns and guide development and release practices across Salesforce DX, packaging, source control, automated deployment, and CI/CD.
  • Review technical designs and code, resolve complex platform, integration, and performance challenges, and provide technical direction to developers and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Architecture experience within healthcare and/or Salesforce Health Cloud, with a strong understanding of how Salesforce solutions operate in complex healthcare environments.
  • A technically hands-on approach, with the confidence to get into the detail, make architecture decisions, and provide clear technical direction.
  • Deep Salesforce technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, data, security, and integrations.
  • Experience reviewing technical designs and code and working through complex platform, integration, and performance challenges with developers and delivery teams.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, FHIR, HL7, or Snowflake is valuable.
  • Relevant Salesforce architecture or Health Cloud certifications are valuable.
