Requirements
- Luxury Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience from key global cities.
- Proven command of operational excellence and commercial judgement.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional team member engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members.
- High proficiency in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
