About the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be the creative mind behind Mama’s buzz, bringing our brand to life through exciting campaigns, eye-catching content, and unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing campaigns that boost Mama Dubai’s visibility, engagement, and reputation.
- Manage Mama’s social media presence, coordinate content, and keep our channels fresh, relevant, and full of personality.
- Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across Mama Shelter Dubai and its F&B outlets.
- Create eye-catching visuals, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials that capture Mama’s bold personality.
- Prepare professional, visually engaging presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
- Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
- Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing results.
- Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors, and what’s happening in Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle and F&B scene.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the hotel’s different departments to bring marketing plans and creative ideas to life.
Requirements
- 4+ years of crafting killer content in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Skills in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy.
- Proactive, curious, and idea-driven.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work and unique perspective.
