About the Role
This role supports real estate appraisal and related tasks, offering a growth opportunity for those interested in becoming a certified real estate appraiser. Requirements
- Passed the essay examination or be a trainee
- Proficiency in Excel is desirable
- Aiming to pass the real estate appraiser examination
- Interested in real estate valuation
- No prior experience in the real estate appraisal industry required
- Prior experience in a real estate appraisal office or in real estate at a real estate company is desirable
- Motivated, cheerful, and positive attitude
- English proficiency is not required but is a plus

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance)
