About the Role

As Forward Deployed Agent Strategist, you will bring evolo’s vision to life inside client organizations by transforming their product content into interactive agents that educate, qualify, and convert buyers. You will shape each agent using the evolo playbook, build it on the platform, ensure its launch, and track its performance to demonstrate ROI.

Responsibilities

Design each agent’s journey, qualification logic, and prompts using AI tools and playbooks to generate scripts and interactive pages.
Configure agents on the evolo platform and collaborate with engineers on integrations and fixes.
Deploy conversion agents from the playbook, matching client objectives to success metrics.
Lead agent deployments from discovery to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Identify higher-value conversion use cases, sharper qualification logic, and expansion opportunities during delivery.
Build performance reports, run iterations and A/B tests, and present findings to clients.
Expand strategic client accounts by increasing the number of agents and scope across business lines and teams.
Provide feedback on recurring patterns and gaps to product and engineering for platform and playbook improvements.
Navigate compliance and legal review processes efficiently.

Requirements

Typically 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, or client-facing solutions roles, including leading client engagements end-to-end.
Ability to scope and present to senior clients on strategies that drive conversion.
Structured problem-solving skills to translate business questions into actionable plans and execute them.
Proficiency with AI tools for research, writing, building, and analysis.
Ability to build trust with senior clients and maintain quality and impact.
Strong analytical skills to derive clear recommendations from data.
Comfort working in regulated environments with compliance and legal review processes.
Proactive in shipping work, following up, and taking initiative.
Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is a plus.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
