About the Role

Provide after-sales technical support for home energy storage products in Italy, resolve technical issues, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to product development.

Responsibilities

Resolve technical issues with home energy storage products in Italy.
Maintain customer communication, address needs and feedback, and handle complaints.
Assist the after-sales team in analyzing and resolving product quality issues.
Provide technical training on product use, repair, and maintenance to local customers.
Collect market feedback on product use to inform R&D and product strategy.
Manage spare parts, including shipping and repair of damaged parts.

Requirements

Over 2 years of relevant work experience in the residential or small-scale commercial/industrial energy storage industry.
Familiarity with main home hybrid drives, PCS, batteries, and integrated systems.
Basic electrical technical knowledge and ability to independently solve product failures.
Familiarity with local residential energy storage regulations.
Understanding of major sales networks and key customer information in Italy.
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally to nearby countries.
