About the Role

This role serves as the technical anchor for Concentrix's new business pursuit team, focusing on winning complex Data & AI engagements. You will be the technical lead, responsible for the solution, technical narrative, and guiding customer conversations to a signed statement of work. This is a hands-on, externally-facing position involving customer consultation, solution design, building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos, and writing technical proposal sections. You will ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the delivery team upon deal closure.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead in customer pursuits.
Design solutions for Data & AI engagements.
Construct PoCs and demos to address customer evaluation criteria.
Write technical sections of proposals and RFP responses.
Ensure delivery teams inherit well-understood, documented solutions.

Requirements

Ability to set priorities across active pursuits without step-by-step direction.
Experience in consulting with customers.
Experience in designing solutions.
