About the Role
Elements Massage in Bellmore is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to care for hundreds of loyal members. New graduates, students awaiting boards, and experienced LMTs are all welcome to apply. You choose your shift length and breaks. Thursday–Sunday shifts with evening and weekend hours are available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue and any modality you are certified to perform) to members and guests
- Assess each client's needs and recommend enhancements and upgrades
- Keep your treatment room clean and welcoming
- Keep accurate SOAP notes and coordinate with the team
Requirements
- A completed massage therapy program (a paid apprenticeship is available if you're awaiting boards)
- A current massage therapy license, or one in progress
- NYS Office of the Professions registration (we can help if yours has lapsed or you need CEUs)
- Availability Thursday–Sunday, including evenings and weekends
- Reliability, professionalism and a client-first attitude

- $60–$70/hour total (including tips)
- $40–$50 per hour of service
- Gratuities averaging $20/hour
- $2–$10 extra pay for enhancements
