About the Role

Operate at the edge of the company, embedded with customers to learn their operations and build solutions that drive client results and feed Loop's product direction. This founder-like role involves owning problems end-to-end, from commercial discovery through technical delivery, with the autonomy to shape an early-stage function. It is designed as a training ground for individuals aspiring to build and lead their own ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery, mapping customer systems, assessing technical fit, and producing scoped project plans.
  • Embed with customers to build and ship working solutions, iterating on feedback and converging on a functional V1.
  • Integrate customer systems with Loop using APIs, EDI feeds, ERPs, TMS platforms, and payment systems, while managing underlying data complexities.
  • Own customer relationships and deployment timelines, managing meetings, demos, and status updates from kickoff to commercial conversion.
  • Debrief deployments to extract patterns, identify productization candidates, and feed field intelligence back into Loop's product direction.
  • Contribute to building the function by refining qualification criteria, improving processes, and developing the team's playbook.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Hands-on integration experience with enterprise customer systems such as ERPs, TMS platforms, EDI feeds, payment systems, or comparable legacy environments.
  • Proficiency in writing production-level code and navigating legacy systems.
  • Experience working at early-stage or high-growth companies, shipping end-to-end solutions and taking on multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, customer-facing environments with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating between technical and business language for diverse audiences.
