Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure configurations, access controls, SSO, secrets management, and data protection controls across the tool stack.

Requirements

  • Ability to reason about system architecture for integration and security work.
  • Strong grounding in security fundamentals: access management, authentication, secrets and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Practical experience working with AI tools like Claude and Gemini.
  • Solid understanding of the EU AI Act and AI governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and automation), Notion, and LMS/Community platforms (e.g., Hivebrite, Circle), or ability to quickly learn new SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with automation and workflow tooling (e.g., Zapier, Make, native integrations).
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Proactive and pragmatic approach, comfortable owning technical decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
