About the Role
As the first Product Manager, you will be the crucial link between Engineering and Business, owning the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch with a strategic vision and an owner's mentality. You will drive business outcomes, focusing on revenue and customers rather than just delivered features, and engage with customers daily.
Responsibilities
- Act as the connective tissue between Engineering and Business.
- Understand data systems sufficiently to explain possibilities.
- Serve as the connecting function, breaking down walls between teams and creating shared context.
- Own a product field end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, implementation, and outcomes.
- Drive business results, with revenue and customers as the guiding star.
- Speak with customers every day.
- Prototype quickly with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable.
- Show, don't just tell, product capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-native companies.
- Technical depth in AI agent architecture, context engineering, and LLM-based systems.
- Proficient use of AI tools for rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrated success in building a product from concept to launch.
- Proven track record of bridging Engineering and Business teams.
- Fluent in German.
- Residency in the DACH region.
