About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll help build and scale the recruiting function that powers Loop's next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone energized by building the systems, processes, team, and strategy behind a high-performing Talent Acquisition function. You'll own critical searches, with an initial focus on Engineering and Product, while taking broader ownership for how Loop attracts, assesses, hires, and engages talent across the company. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to understand their organizations, anticipate talent needs, and translate business priorities into thoughtful hiring strategies. You'll also lead and develop a small TA team as we grow, creating the foundation for a function that can scale with Loop. This is a true build opportunity for an ambitious talent leader who wants to expand beyond owning searches and have meaningful ownership over how a high-growth technology company builds its recruiting function.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and scale Loop's TA function, owning and improving processes, systems, tools, and standards.
- Lead critical Engineering and Product hiring, staying hands-on with high-priority searches and personally engaging, assessing, and closing talent.
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to leaders, understanding business priorities, anticipating talent needs, and building hiring strategies.
- Raise the bar for talent assessment by building structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration practices.
- Build an exceptional candidate experience, owning the end-to-end process and identifying engagement and communication opportunities.
- Expand Loop's presence in the talent market by strengthening employer brand and developing creative outreach strategies.
- Build proactive talent pipelines by identifying priority markets and developing long-term relationships.
- Use data to run the function, establishing meaningful recruiting metrics and operating rhythms.
- Own and evolve recruiting technology, ensuring the ATS, sourcing tools, and broader tech stack support effectiveness and scalability.
- Lead and develop the TA team, managing, coaching, and setting clear expectations and development paths.
- Contribute beyond Talent Acquisition to broader People initiatives that strengthen talent attraction, onboarding, development, and retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies.
- Strategic, hands-on builder with deep experience recruiting Engineering and Product talent.

- Experience personally sourcing and closing exceptional candidates.
- Experience building or meaningfully evolving recruiting function processes, systems, and programs.
- Experience developing or leading other recruiters.
- Prior direct people management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of building a high-performing recruiting engine, including structured hiring processes, candidate experience, employer brand, and recruiting technology.
- Ability to use data and funnel insights to continuously improve hiring quality and outcomes.
- Thrives in ambiguity and is an ambitious builder, energized by creating what doesn’t yet exist.
- Wants to grow from leading recruiting today to scaling a world-class Talent Acquisition function over time.
