About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Organisation & Work Transformation team, specializing in Strategic & Technology Change. You will help clients turn strategy and technology investment into practical changes in how people work, how organisations operate and how transformation is sustained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-ready work that supports measurable transformation outcomes.
• Lead defined streams of organisation and technology-enabled change, managing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Shape plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver change interventions that support adoption, readiness and measurable transformation outcomes.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations.
• Help translate business needs into change approaches that are grounded, achievable and aligned to the broader transformation program.
• Engage stakeholders, manage governance, and provide status reporting.
• Design workshops and guide junior team members.
• Partner with functional teams to understand the people impacts of major technology programs.
• Use AI and firm tools responsibly to lift quality, efficiency and insight.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in professional services, government, industry, or another project-based transformation environment.
• Strong experience delivering organisation and technology-enabled change across diagnosis, planning, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrate managing workstream plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• The ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate discussions and tailor messages to your audience.
• Experience gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative information, then turning it into practical recommendations.
• A collaborative style, with the ability to support junior team members, share knowledge and contribute to team effectiveness.
• Exposure to major technology implementations such as SAP, Oracle or similar, including the people and change implications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance (desirable).
