About the Role
This is a senior UKG Pro Workforce Management role within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, offering the chance to lead complex workforce technology programs while helping clients solve real operational challenges. You will be designing and delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions in complex client environments, guiding implementation across timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations. Your work will help clients across various sectors improve workforce visibility, usability and decision-making through better technology and thoughtful solution design.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery sessions
- Shaping solution architecture
- Translating workforce requirements into practical system design
- Guiding implementation across timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations
- Collaborating with stakeholders, UKG specialists and colleagues across payroll, HCM, workforce integrity, organisational design and change
- Mentoring others
- Contributing to the continued growth of Deloitte's UKG capability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead consultant, architect or senior practitioner working with UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Experience delivering multiple implementation projects in complex client environments
- Deep expertise in one or more areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities
- Strong solution design capability, with the ability to balance functionality, integration complexity and user experience
- Confidence facilitating client workshops and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to lead workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes
- A collaborative approach and an interest in mentoring others and contributing to team capability
- Relevant UKG certifications or broader workforce technology experience would be valued
