About the Role
As a Door Attendant, you will greet and assist guests on arrival and departure, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage.
- Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items.
- Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas.
- Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request.
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong English communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $23.63 per hour to $31.51 per hour, after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
