About the Role
Join our fun and highly performing Front Office team as a Full-Time Guest Service Agent All Rounder. Your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay by providing warm, responsive, and luxury service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient check-in and check-out.
- Assist guests with requests and create memorable experiences.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and security of guests and their possessions.
- Assist in-house and external guests via telephone and email inquiries.
- Liaise daily with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests, and activities.
- Meet and exceed guest expectations and confidently handle customer complaints efficiently and proactively.
Requirements
- A natural ability to authentically connect with people.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Full-time work rights in Australia.
Skills
- Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable.
- Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable.
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people.
