About the Role
ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. As a Sales Associate, you will be a key point of contact, welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending services, and promoting membership programs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest service throughout every interaction.
- Learn and confidently explain car wash services, packages, and membership options.
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
- Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
- Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
- Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
- Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
