About the Role
Partnering with a global, high-growth organization undergoing significant transformation post-acquisition, this role focuses on merging two talent environments. The immediate priority is leading the transition from Greenhouse to Ashby, extending beyond ATS implementation to encompass TA operations, process design, change management, employer branding, and global stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Leading a Greenhouse-to-Ashby migration
- Mapping current TA processes and designing the future-state operating model
- Working across global stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC
- Driving adoption, training and best practice around new systems and processes
- Supporting the integration of two TA functions following an acquisition
- Reviewing and transitioning employer brand, EVP and careers content for different international markets
- Working closely with TA, L&D, technology, data/privacy, brand and vendor stakeholders
- Identifying migration, governance and operational risks early and turning them into a clear plan
Requirements
- Strong TA Operations / Recruitment Operations experience
- Led complex ATS implementations or migrations
- Experience with Greenhouse and/or Ashby
- Worked across global, multi-region talent environments
- Strong programme and change-management capability
- Experience bringing structure to ambiguous or evolving projects
- Credibility working with senior stakeholders, recruiters, vendors and cross-functional teams
- Ideally supported merger, acquisition or organisational-integration programmes
- Exposure to employer brand / EVP / careers-content transformation would be a big advantage
- Comfortable operating autonomously
