About the Role
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor responsible for administrative duties during the Post Event Shift, ensuring facility cleanliness and maintaining maximum service and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
- Control labor hours and costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate and enforce acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure availability of supplies, equipment, and labor for assigned tasks.
- Provide employee training and communicate company/client policies and procedures.
- Conduct walk-through inspections of the facility during the shift.
- Conduct in-service meetings with Team Leaders and employees.
- Respond to client requests.
- Report all accidents, injuries, or incidents immediately.
- Manage human resources concerns, including training, employee evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain records for assigned shifts, including checklists, sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports, time cards, inspection reports, team work schedules, and safety reports.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns immediately.
- Ensure property details are completed.
- Ensure employees complete and sign off on job completion checklists.
- Complete other duties and service requests as assigned by the Site Manager.
- Display a service-oriented mindset, maintaining courtesy and diplomacy with all stakeholders.
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish skills for reading are beneficial.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
- Reliable transportation.
