About the Role
Lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Retail Store Manager at Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and leadership development within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
- Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
- Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
- Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
- Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
Requirements
- 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
- 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
- Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
