About the Role
Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to manage digital asset production for a fast-growing entertainment social brand account. This role involves collaborating with client management, social content managers, and production teams to oversee briefing, timelines, workflows, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create schedules, manage production resourcing, and oversee distribution of final video and design assets.
- Lead cross-discipline teams, manage client relationships, interact with production teams, and coordinate with external partners.
- Navigate client requests while balancing external and internal requirements and maintaining project details.
- Manage budgets, monitor scope changes, track client Purchase Orders, and handle invoice needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or project management role at a creative agency.
- Experience working with a social media focused and/or entertainment client.
- Proficiency with project management software tools and G Suite.
- Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams, and coordinating with external partners.
- Ability to refine processes by implementing solutions to streamline and automate them.
- Resume in English.
