About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the theater tier of Navigator, our core sustainment decision support product. This role involves owning the roadmap from discovery with logistics planners to adoption within operational commands, translating complex realities into effective product solutions.

- Translate an ambitious multi-echelon vision into a sequenced set of bets with clear success metrics.
- Conduct discovery directly with COCOM and MAJCOM logistics planners, J4 and Service-4 staff, and program offices.
- Synthesize user feedback into product direction, linking each decision to a mission outcome.
- Own the product lifecycle from problem statement through release and adoption, collaborating with engineering and design.
- Assess the impact of shipped features on the mission and report honestly on outcomes.
- Incorporate deep understanding of Department of War planning, procurement, and fielding processes into product decisions.
- Ensure developed products align with theater command operations and accelerate capability deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with experience owning complex enterprise, defense, logistics, data, or AI products.
- Proven track record of shipping major capabilities from discovery through adoption.
- Proficiency in using AI in work processes and a history of shipping AI-integrated products.
- Deep understanding of the Department of War's organization, planning, procurement, and software fielding processes.
- Strong written communication skills for product briefs, trade-off memos, and narratives.
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and end users, building trust quickly.
- Bias toward action in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Background in sustainment, supply chain, theater logistics, or C2 and other operational decision-support domains.
- Familiarity with joint planning and sustainment doctrine at echelon (e.g., TPFDD and ULN structure, classes of supply, JP 4-0).
- Experience with AI-enabled products or data platforms.
- Prior experience within a COCOM, MAJCOM, or Service staff, or uniformed service.
- Experience delivering software to government customers in deployed or operational environments.
