About the Role
We are seeking a freelance Job Coach (m/f/d) to work in person at our Berlin Kreuzberg branch, supporting various target groups in their journey into the job market and opening up new perspectives for them.
Responsibilities
- Support participants in creating compelling application documents.
- Prepare participants for job interviews and strengthen their presentation skills.
- Accompany participants in identifying individual strengths and development opportunities.
- Support participants in developing realistic career prospects.
- Assist participants during retraining or further education in finding internships and successfully entering the job market.
- Build and maintain valuable contacts with companies, authorities, and relevant institutions.
- Create opportunities for participants by establishing attractive internship and employment possibilities.
Requirements
- Completed coaching training or a degree in psychology, pedagogy, educational science, social work, adult education, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of the requirements of the modern application market.
- Understanding of what makes a strong application portfolio.
- Ideally, experience in coaching and working with the target group.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
- High degree of empathy, social competence, and enjoyment of working with people.
- German language skills at least at C1 level.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications and other tools for creating professional application documents.
