  • Define and report on core metrics such as ARR, pipeline, bookings, retention, and spend.
  • Manage commercial contracts and vendor negotiations, including renewals and contract lifecycle.
  • Oversee sales and go-to-market operations, including CRM configuration, territory and quota planning, and sales compensation.
  • Manage company infrastructure, including insurance, office/real estate, compliance, and operational systems.
  • Lead special projects such as new market launches, partnerships, monetization strategies, and board preparation.
  • Automate processes using code and AI to enable scaling without increasing headcount.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of owning and solving hard problems end-to-end.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, top-tier consulting, banking, VC/PE, or startup founding.
  • Demonstrated experience as the point person for problem resolution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling.
  • Ability to communicate the story behind the numbers effectively.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate work and build internal tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex issues to leadership and boards.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, from AEs to support reps.
