Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
- Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
- Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
- Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong track record of managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry from conception through completion.
- Oversee all phases of project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
- Possess strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
