About the Role
Our branded retail team is at the heart of our success, representing the welcoming spirit of our company. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a supportive team environment to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the retail experience by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach to grow sales and drive customer retention.
- Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
Requirements
- Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility.
- Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Ability to adjust to changing situations and find solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification.
