About the Role

Caribou is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, measurement, and iteration. This role is for a product generalist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of understanding problems, identifying priorities, and driving execution to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Quickly get up to speed on new problem spaces, identify opportunities, and translate ambiguity into clear priorities and actionable plans.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership to shape solutions, navigate trade-offs, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Engage directly with customers and end users to understand their challenges, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities.
  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve products.
  • Balance long-term product thinking with the practical realities of shipping quickly and delivering incremental value.
  • Take ownership of execution, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward without needing extensive direction.
  • Occasionally travel to the U.S. to meet with users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a fast-paced B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning products end to end, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to launching, measuring, and iterating.
  • Strong execution skills and a bias for action.
  • Excellent product judgment.
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable making progress with imperfect information and limited resources.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with Engineering.
  • Customer-centric approach grounded in genuine curiosity, empathy, and a desire to solve meaningful problems.
  • Comfort using data to guide prioritization, evaluate product performance, and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
