We are seeking a Chief Design Officer to lead brand and product design, working directly with founders, engineers, and another designer. This role is for someone who wants to make decisions and execute, turning complex financial ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand and product design.
- Work directly with founders, engineers, and other designers.
- Decide what is worth building.
- Translate complex financial ideas into simple experiences.
- Own the details from early flows and prototypes to polished interfaces, implementation, and iteration.
- Evolve visual identities and design systems.
- Manage how projects are presented to the world.
- Integrate product and brand as a unified experience.
