About the Role
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms with AI. We are seeking an Intake AI Architect to own the end-to-end setup of our AI voice agent, ensuring firms capture every lead and optimize their intake process. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role, define processes, and influence product development in a fast-growing, AI-native company.
Responsibilities
- Own intake setup end to end, including the voice agent, phone system, lead sources, lead management, and scoring.
- Configure and iterate on the voice agent to meet firm-specific needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Translate firm requirements into actionable configurations and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Address change requests efficiently and identify root causes to improve product or default templates.
- Develop a repeatable process for evaluating voice agent performance and quality.
- Create runbooks and training materials to enable Customer Success and Legal AI Architects to handle standard intake setups.
- Manage complex intake setups, including intricate transfer trees and rework of call flows for specific scenarios.
- Identify and resolve issues with lead delivery from referral partners.
- Transform call reviews into a repeatable test set to proactively identify problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in intake, legal operations, implementation, or building with AI.
- Experience running or working in intake at a plaintiff firm or similar high-volume, phone-first operation, or implementing intake systems for firms.
- Understanding of intake edge cases and complex scenarios.
- Experience testing AI systems, including writing evaluations, test-call scripts, or regression checklists, or eagerness to learn.
- Ability to understand and translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring systems including phone trees, call forwarding, CRMs, and webhooks.
