About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a meaningful area of the Zencargo platform and help transform how global freight is managed. This role involves digitizing and automating complex industry processes, working on products for customers, suppliers, freight partners, and internal operations teams. AI is central to our product development and operations, and you will help identify and deliver AI-powered features. You will join a product team, work with senior leadership, and partner with a dedicated design and engineering squad, offering significant autonomy and influence.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, priorities, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for your product area.
- Lead discovery and prioritization for complex customer and operational problems.
- Work closely with engineers and designers throughout discovery, solution design, and delivery.
- Map and redesign freight and operational processes to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI.
- Define success measures before development and assess delivered solutions.
- Ensure solutions are adopted, create measurable value, and are improved based on evidence.
- Facilitate sessions and communicate effectively to align teams around priorities and decisions.
- Contribute to the broader product strategy and roadmap.
- Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product practice.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful software products or features.
- Experience owning a product area or complex problem space.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Strong user research, data analysis, process mapping, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working closely with engineers and designers throughout discovery, solution design, and delivery.
- Recent, hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, specification, or delivery.
- Experience contributing to an AI-enabled product or feature.
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders, communicating complex issues clearly, and influencing decisions.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, challenging established processes, and adapting your approach.
- A versatile, hands-on working style, with the ability to move between strategic thinking, detailed discovery, stakeholder alignment, and supporting delivery.
- Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is a plus.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth technology environment is a plus.
- Experience building products for operational users as well as external customers is a plus.
- Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or similar analytics and business intelligence tools is a plus.
