  • Deliver approved, non-promotional obesity disease-state education through in-person, virtual, and omnichannel engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share educational insights, stakeholder feedback, and best practices.
  • Support the development, adaptation, and implementation of educational programs, tools, and resources following appropriate/applicable MLR approvals.

  • Identify and engage healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders involved in obesity and metabolic disease management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local patient journeys, referral networks, and healthcare system dynamics.
  • Conduct educational discussions focused on obesity awareness, disease burden, patient identification, clinical assessment, referral pathways, and multidisciplinary management approaches.
  • Identify barriers and opportunities related to disease recognition, patient assessment, diagnosis, referral pathways, patient engagement, and long-term management.
  • Facilitate awareness and appropriate use of approved patient support resources and disease education tools.
  • Support disease-state educational events, workshops, conferences, and healthcare professional learning initiatives as required.
  • Serve as a trusted resource regarding approved obesity disease-state information and, when appropriate, transition and referral of scientific discussion to Medical Affairs.
  • Refer product-specific scientific discussions, unsolicited medical inquiries, and emerging science questions to Medical Affairs.
  • Gather and communicate actionable healthcare system, patient journey, and educational insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a minimum of 60% field engagement following establishment of the territory target list.
