- Preparing for and conducting mediations
- Preparing for and conducting motions
- Preparing for and conducting trial preparation
Requirements
- Must have excellent writing and analytical skills
- Must have experience defending construction defect, commercial, general and professional liability matters
- Must have familiarity with standard legal billing practices
- Must have an active license to practice law in the state of California
- Must be a member in good standing with the state bar
