About the Role
Blossom Health is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis in America by enhancing access to affordable, timely, and effective mental healthcare through a partnership with psychiatrists. Our AI-native care platform is utilized by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-native product experiences used directly by clinicians and patients
- Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate and augment complex healthcare workflows
- Own AI features end-to-end, from prototyping and experimentation through production deployment, evaluation, and iteration
- Build robust evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to continuously improve AI quality, reliability, and performance
- Work across models, prompts, tools, retrieval systems, and application infrastructure to solve real-world product problems
- Move quickly from emerging AI capabilities to production-ready experiences that deliver measurable value
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and engineers to understand complex healthcare workflows and determine where AI can have the greatest impact
