About the Role
North Italia is seeking Pastry Cooks / Bakers to prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and other desserts from scratch. Responsibilities
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and other desserts from scratch following recipes.
- Complete prep lists, run stations efficiently, follow specs, and stock food.
- Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure great plate presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitization and food handling standards.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Cook or Baker.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
