About the Role
This role supports the development of solutions that drive product vision and strategy in partnership with Product Specialists, Technology, and Digital. It represents user needs to technology teams, provides feedback to drive product priorities, manages the product backlog, and ensures timely delivery of features.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of product features and/or assist with program management.
- Document requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives.
- Display end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream and downstream impacts on delivery.
- Develop requirements, prioritize backlog, manage roadmap, and communicate across the enterprise.
- Support the development of clear, actionable goals for team communication and product delivery.
- Lead technical and delivery teams in executing user stories and broader initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between product, business, and organizational needs.
- Build and foster strong relationships with various departments for smooth product development.
- Learn about functional roles, responsibilities, and implementation processes within the FCB ecosystem.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements.
- Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps.
- Support program management routines.
- Deepen understanding of program and project management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience
- Extreme ownership with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
- Systems thinking with ability to understand processes and interdependencies
- Data-driven and risk-minded decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders
- Relentless follow-through, ensuring commitments are executed and deliverables are completed on time
