About the Role
As a Server at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point, you will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences to guests by providing exceptional food and drink service, spreading hospitality, and ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
- Ensure the food service station is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Requirements
- Must have scheduling flexibility for PM shifts any day of the week.
- Previous bartending experience is ideal.
- Previous hotel/customer service experience.
- Passionate about providing memorable experiences.
