About the Role
We are looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our New Windsor, NY practice. This role focuses on performing advanced implant procedures such as full-arch fixed rehabilitations, implant overdentures, and complex restorative work, while reducing administrative tasks and providing comprehensive support.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
- Place and restore single implants with precision and care
- Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations
- Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures
- Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
Requirements
- Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
- Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
- A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
- Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to New Windsor, NY
- Ambition to grow professionally, including leadership and educational roles

Salary/Compensations
- First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production and 25% lab fees with the ability to earn over $700,000 annually.
- After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with 25% lab fees
- Doctors average over $575,000 annually
