Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified, pre-set appointments provided by the internal team.
- Prospect and create self-generated leads to maximize earnings.
- Engage homeowners, build trust, and present solutions for bathroom transformations.
- Showcase a premium product with confidence and conviction.
- Close deals by effectively asking for the sale.
Requirements
- High closers with unstoppable energy, determination, and grit.
- Individuals who actively seek new opportunities beyond provided leads.
- Confident communicators comfortable with face-to-face interactions.
- Driven individuals who measure success by results.
- Ability to travel for training is required.
- Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
