About the Role
Equinox is seeking talented individuals passionate about inspiring others and eager to pursue a career in Personal Training. The Equinox Coaching Foundations Program offers a comprehensive hybrid, 2-week learning experience designed to help aspiring Coaches earn their ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA CPT) credential, with Equinox covering the full cost of certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete all coursework, workshops, assessments, and study requirements within the 2-week program timeframe.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of ISSA and Equinox Coaching Foundations content.
- Apply principles of exercise science, coaching communication, program design, and client assessment.
- Uphold Equinox brand standards and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Continue professional development as you transition into the Coach role.
Requirements
- Ability to complete the 2-week Foundations Program.
- Commitment to pursuing a Personal Trainer/Coach career with Equinox.
- Strong passion for fitness, coaching, and growth.
- Ability to work in person on weekdays and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
