About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will ensure the right goods are available at the right time and in the right quantity, proactively anticipating needs. You will think in terms of interconnected processes rather than isolated orders. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast to inform purchasing, production, and inventory decisions.
- Identify structural trends, assortment imbalances, and demand shifts early on, providing actionable recommendations to TL Supply and Lead Buyer.
- Translate the demand plan into concrete purchase orders for finished products (e.g., Ready to Drink, metabolic shakes) within Weclapp.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including estimated time of delivery (ETD), and implement optimization measures.
- Reduce manual effort in order processing through system- and AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Weclapp or a comparable ERP system.
- Proven experience in independently creating and maintaining a rolling forecast.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Experience in monitoring supply chain KPIs and deriving optimization measures.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English language skills at B1 level.
- Ideally, initial experience with AI-driven automation and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, or Finance.
