About the Role

Infinitus is pioneering agentic communications to connect the healthcare system, reducing patient anxiety and increasing speed to treatment. The Product Lead for Payor Agents will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for agents that interact with payors and PBMs to handle administrative work, driving financial transparency, access, and affordability for specialty therapies.

Responsibilities

Own Payor Agents product strategy and roadmap.
Define the channel and fallback model for how the product decides the best way to get an answer.
Drive quality, reliability, and success rates by diagnosing task failures and prioritizing changes.
Develop features and logic for handling messy inputs, even with incomplete or inaccurate customer data.
Manage integrations and data partnerships, determining build, buy, or partner strategies.
Define success measures and dashboards to track product performance against patient and customer outcomes.
Oversee customer delivery, including pilots, go-lives, and ongoing engagement for Payor Agents.
Dig into task-level data and customer feedback to identify patterns and opportunities, translating them into a prioritized roadmap.
Write clear specifications, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering through delivery and launch.
Design and refine rules and logic for routing, fallback, and escalation, and measure their impact.
Evaluate and onboard new data sources and partners.
Join customer and prospect calls to diagnose problems, set expectations, and build trust.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and inform the roadmap.
Partner with operations and enablement to roll out new capabilities and keep pilots lean.
Align executives and cross-functional teams around priorities.
Keep requests and tickets organized and visible for teams.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or product line.
Proven record of both setting strategy and delivering results.
Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with comfort in data, tickets, specs, and customer calls.
Ability to follow problems to the root cause.
Experience in healthcare, ideally payor, pharmacy benefit, specialty pharma, or patient support workflows.
Strong systems thinking, comfortable designing workflows with software, AI, and human operations.
Fluency with data; ability to define metrics, own dashboards, and make decisions from evidence.
Experience with integrations, data partnerships, or platform products.
Ability to operate in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.
Strong cross-functional and customer-facing skills, including working directly with customers on complex problems.
Curious, accountable, startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
