About the Role

You’ll own product initiatives from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable customer impact. The challenge is to make complex research workflows intuitive and help customers trust and act on AI-generated results, balancing speed, usability, and research quality. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on the Core Product team, working with engineering and design, the Core Product lead, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Set direction and make tradeoffs, balancing immediate needs with longer-term goals.
  • Connect customer problems to business impact, prioritizing work that improves adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Use customer evidence, including interviews, product usage, and Sales and Customer Success feedback, to identify problems.
  • Shape solutions, test assumptions, clarify requirements, and resolve open questions with engineering and design.
  • Own product quality by testing shipped products, identifying confusing workflows and edge cases, and following through on fixes.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with positioning, demos, and launch materials to support adoption.
  • Define success, track customer outcomes, and decide on next steps for iteration.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning product decisions for B2B software.
  • A track record of shipping products and improving adoption and outcomes through customer feedback and data.
  • Strong product judgment: identify underlying problems, prioritize competing needs, and make and explain decisions with incomplete information.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to reason about AI's impact on workflows and customer evaluation of its output.
  • Strong collaboration with engineers and designers, technical fluency to discuss constraints, and attention to the shipped experience.
  • Clear writing and communication with customers, engineering, and leadership.
  • Ability to build alignment and work independently.
  • Experience building new products or substantially evolving existing ones in a small, fast-moving team (nice to have).
  • Background in user research or experience building B2B products for research, insights, analytics, AI, or other complex professional workflows (nice to have).
  • Prior product marketing or sales enablement experience, including creating effective demos and launch materials (nice to have).
