About the Role

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. This role focuses on building AI workflow automation, bridging gaps between systems, and solving multi-departmental integration challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI workflow automation, owning builds end to end from problem definition through deployment, monitoring and iteration.
  • Design, build and ship AI-powered workflows that remove manual GTM work.
  • Bridge gaps between systems by connecting tools that do not natively integrate.
  • Build webhooks, middleware, scripts and glue to ensure clean data flow between Salesforce and the rest of the stack.
  • Solve multi-departmental integration challenges across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data and Finance.
  • Turn tangled, cross-functional processes into reliable, automated systems.
  • Prototype, test and scale new ideas, measuring what works and scaling successful versions.
  • Build with AI as the default, using LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP builds and evals as everyday tools.
  • Own reliability by instrumenting, monitoring, and handling failure gracefully for production systems.
  • Reduce risk across the GTM tech stack.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools through structured pilots, assessing capability, integration fit, reliability and ROI.
  • Make clear build-versus-buy recommendations.
  • Document builds and enable GTM teams to adopt them with confidence.
  • Mentor others in the team on building with AI and automation.
  • Set the standard for building with AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations within enterprise technology.
  • Experience in a structured qualification environment such as MEDDPICC.
  • Understanding of the full GTM engine and what good looks like when real revenue depends on owned systems.
  • Solid data and systems fundamentals, including CRM data models, object relationships, data quality, and reporting architecture.
  • Design builds that keep data clean and trustworthy at scale.
  • Track record of building systems and workflows used daily by internal GTM teams.
  • Ability to point to shipped workflows, automations, integrations or tools that moved a real metric.
  • Ability to learn systems fast and reason about how they fit together.
  • Comfort reading API documentation, handling authentication, respecting rate limits, and parsing JSON.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design and evals to build production-ready systems.
  • Comfort across low-code and code, using tools from orchestration to scripting in Python, JavaScript, SOQL or SQL.
  • Ability to interview stakeholders to identify manual work, translate business problems into technical builds, and explain results clearly.
  • Bias to ship, balanced with judgment, building maintainable solutions.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, or deep expertise in a comparable enterprise CRM.
